Note: WH gallery will not be responsible for any charges imposed by the customs of the receiving country, please check the customs duty charges for your artwork expenses.
Returning artwork and refunds:
The artworks will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer directly by the Artist/Gallery through a courier of good repute. Should there be any damage to the artwork in transit the Buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify immediately via email.
Artworks received in an unsatisfactory condition by the buyer may be returned to the Artist/Gallery within maximum 14 working days in an ‘as is’ condition. In such a case WH will refund the payment to the buyer and cancel the order. However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for the damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork he has purchased.
In the case of faulty or damaged items, if you don’t inform us within 10 working days of delivery of the item, we will deem you to have accepted them and will not accept a return. They must also have been stored in appropriate conditions; if you are unsure of these, please email us at WHWADINA@GMAIL.COM .The goods are returned at your risk and cost.
When the WH gallery receives the goods we will credit your debit or credit card with the full purchase price. Please allow up to 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods for refunds to be processed.
All the work signed by WAEL HAMADEH OR WH will be copyright to the artist Wael Hamadeh, this will include all kind of prints indoor outdoors and all use of media.
